Fred grew up in Studio City, California and attended the University of Southern California, with a major in psychology, and a focus on film and music. He worked in production at Walt Disney Feature Animation for a decade, as well as for DreamWorks Animation, and live-action film and television for several more years before moving into the world of real estate in Manhattan Beach, CA in 2006. He then joined a boutique brokerage in Burbank in 2010. In 2024, Fred joined the productive offices of Coldwell Banker Preferred, Realtors© in Bakersfield, CA, a fast growing community with great housing opportunities.

He has experience renovating and re-selling properties as part of his personal investing portfolio, and having listed, marketed, and completed many sale and lease contracts for owners and renters, he is able to give the seasoned investor, as well as the first time buyer, insight into the current market.
